  • Schools Closed for the Remainder of the 2019-2020 School Year

     

    Following the Governor’s April 15, 2020 announcement, Dyersburg City School buildings will not reopen for the remainder of the 2019-20 school year. Students will continue receiving virtual learning assignments or academic learning packets through May 1.  These assignments contain essential learning to prepare students for the next grade level. Parents and students will receive instructions regarding the following as information becomes available:

     

    • Returning school materials

    • Submitting academic work to improve grades for grades 9-12, 8th grade Algebra 1, ONLY

    • Claiming personal belongings from the school  

    • Receiving summer work assignments

    • Distributing Report cards 

    • Registering Pre-K and Kindergarten students 

    • Registering new students to Dyersburg City Schools

    • Continuing feeding program

     

    We will continue to keep you updated.

  • NEW Academic Packets Available

    New Academic Packets for Dyersburg City Schools students are now available. The only new packet acailable for DHS students is for ACT Prep. These packets will provide work for DCS students through May 15, 2020. They are available by:

    1. Picking them up beginning Tuesday, April 7 at the food distribution sites;
    2. Clicking HERE and going to your child's school, grade, and/or subject.

  • On behalf of the students and staff of Dyersburg High School, welcome to our website. Dyersburg High School has a rich tradition of serving the students in and around the Dyersburg area.
